BlueStone Natural Resources was formed in February of 2006 to identify, acquire and exploit Drilling and Acquisition opportunities for Oil and Natural Gas. Though the Company’s primary areas of focus are South Texas, East Texas, the Texas Panhandle and Western Oklahoma, BlueStone has the experience and expertise to work in many of the major producing basins around the country.

The management team, with over 100 years of combined experience in these areas, has a proven track record of successfully identifying, developing, and operating Oil and Gas assets and creating Company growth.

BlueStone Natural Resources was formed as a Natural Gas Partners, VIII Portfolio Company. A flexible capital structure allows BlueStone to consider a wide range of Oil and Gas opportunities with respect to size and structure.
